Juvelook contains KFDA-approved Poly DL-Kactide, a form of PLA that is known to stimulate the production of collagen in the skin. When injected, the PLA particles work to replace lost collagen and reinforce the skin’s structure. Over time, the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles will decrease as the skin’s collagen levels rise.
HA helps to provide an immediate plumping effect, drawing moisture into the skin. When the effects of the HA wear off, the PLA continues to boost collagen synthesis. This means that the skin will gradually become smoother and look younger after the injection, with the results lasting up to 2 years.
